What is vision?
Goal setting is the craft of turning a vision into commitments — specific enough to act on, meaningful enough to return to when it gets hard. Good goals have two sides: SMART (specific, measurable, time-bound) and HEART (felt, personal, yours). Written as identity statements and broken into milestones, they become a system rather than a wish.
