Breathwork & Somatic Practice
Regulate first, then grow — the body is where change becomes real.
What is breathwork?
Breathwork is the deliberate use of breathing to change your state — to settle an over-activated nervous system or wake an under-activated one. Somatic practices are the wider family of body-based methods for the same purpose. Both rest on the same idea: before you can think clearly, decide well or imagine a future, your nervous system needs to be within its window of tolerance.
